Make sure that you read the fine print of the listing. The photos provided are for "deluxe rooms" only. So if you would like basic amentities such as a fridge or microwave, or a blow dryer or clothes hangers or a bedframe that doesn't echo so loud that you can hear it outside and down the hall, definitely do NOT opt for what they call a "standard room". Because if you do, you will be heavily disappointed. And should you have any issues with the room and opt to leave the property like I did less than an hour after checking out, be prepared to get yelled at like a child by a front desk manager named "Tina" and get told that they do not have to have the items shown in the photos in said rooms and that they absolutely will not and do not provide refunds for their false advertisements of their hotel. An absolute sham of a hotel and staff that I interacted with. All of that after being checked into the hotel by a literal robot worker that isn't even onsite. Needless to say, of all of the places that I have stayed at in the area, the Red Roof Plus is by far the absolute worst establishment in the city. It's been over a week and I am still fighting with corporate over a refund for my stay. You would be better off sleeping in your car than staying at this place.

When arriving, we were immediately told to use a kiosk with a person on a screen, even though there was a front desk agent. Hated that. Immediately made me never want to stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

The front desk clerk, whom was also manager was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t charge ice cream to the room or use Apple Pay so I went all the way to the room and back with $3 ALL quarters (that’s what you get for not keeping up with technology). She literally stayed talking in the phone, said ‘no no I don’t take’ until I told her all quarters then she decided to take them after all. Didn’t get deposit back, did I mention she went into our room without permission ? Don’t stay if polite professional and kindness are things you expect when paying for a hotel room.

It was in a great location, close to everything Delay in checking in. The desk clerk was very polite & tried hard but a work crew staying there was delaying check in for everyone because one of the crew members didn’t have an ID

The remote kiosk to check in was cold, inpersonal, awkward, weird, bizarre, uncomfortable, distracting, disrespectful. Won't try it again. I expect warmer, friendlier, local, caring help.

No ice. Room smelled like smoke. Poor shower. But had a smart tv and was a good price.

The clerk asked if I was sure I wanted that room. She said it had no refrig or micro and I asked if it had a bed, a shower, a tv, I found no closet, just hooks but the most missing was a clock/radio so I had to turn on a light and check my watch. Horrible.

Very nice stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Kiosk check in was a little wonky, but worked out. All things considered, it was a great deal for an overnight stay.

The room floor was not clean, it also had water coming through it in the bathroom and in front of the bed when told the staff they told me it was just humidity. TV did not work asked for battery they told me I could buy some, every day I had to go and get another key for thee room. The staff seem to have attitude because I said something. Did not get the rooms I requested I was on the 1st floor and my mother was all the way on the 3rd floor in the back. Just a bad experience all around would not recommend to no one or stay again really made red roof look bad not sure I Will stay at another one.

Twice I stayed at this hotel for a week. I damaged nothing yet my 150.00$ security deposit was kept because the room was quote “ dirty” and not cleaned when I left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the staff is lazy and don’t care about their customers. It seem as though they are running an illegal scam and keeping people’s deposits because you don’t clean your room before you check out.

This place smells like a swamp.

Terrible front desk manager at property was not helpful and rude. Stayed many times and treated in an unprofessional manner. Upset about policies at hotel and made condescending and rude comments about me. Obviously this place is for people looking to save money but not be treated with disrespect from management. Stay at comfort inn next door you’ll save yourself from terrible hotel staff and policies. Also not the safest place to stay.

No Lobby or Staff Interaction and coffee was horrible
