The gentleman at the desk was bet friendly and very helpful. We had stayed here years ago, reserving many rooms got out daughter's wedding. The service and the property were exceptional at that time. So when we had an event nearby, this was our 1st choice. We were not disappointed. Service, cleanliness , continental breakfast all perfect! We were completely happy

Hotel was old and needed updating. Our nathroom sink backed up, the elevator button lights were not all working.

Our tv in room 102 didn’t work.

Dirty facility - hallways, elevators, room. Breakfast closed promptly at 9am, which is too early and very uncommon.

Loved the very spacious room, dark black-out curtains and shower. Loved the extra sink and countertop. Good cooling system. Didn't like the absence of a microwave and hairdryer, 2 necessities. Probably won't stay here again.

My only complaints by was the TV above the bar did not carry the local Fox game of the Bears. Only station will signal issues

Not so good, no trash bags for trash cans, TV channels all suck. Poor house keeping. I will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Rooms are getting dated and worn, many TV channels didn't work or looked fuzzy, stains on couch, shower head sprayed poorly. The biggest issue was the elevator (car 1) where the door got stuck on floor 3. It went up to 5 and opened but that kind of thing makes me nervous. The inspection showed 2021 and they seemed pretty old.
