Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates

Family stay trying to be close enough to Chicago but not in the city. Would stay here again, the room was clean, spacious. the area was convenient and safe. Breakfast was good.

The room was in an electronic void. I had nothing but trouble with phone reception, computer hookups and other issues. When I asked the person at the desk, I was treated like someone who was incompetent and stupid with looks of disgust at me. As a businessman I physically had to leave the property to get anything electronic to work. Once I left the property, everything worked fine. The desk person kept telling me I wasn't signed on until I physically had to show her I was. Despite the cleanliness of the room and the property, my trip was all but ruined.

Room was very clean and property seemed to be in a nice safe neighborhood.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and best water pressure I’ve had in a hotel shower (LOL, for a girl with thick hair this is important). Will definitely be back if in the area again.

Outstanding staff

Had a great 2 night stay! Coffee was great and ready super early (5:00am). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff was great, kid friendly but if you have a baby or toddler they do not have cribs on site. The room we were in did have a stale funky smell of mildew, not over powering but noticeable. Would stay again.

Close computer to the Now Arena. Rooms were fabulous and quiet! Will return

I also asked the hotel staff if I could change rooms, but they were unwilling to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, their response was not helpful and came across as rude and dismissive. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the room assignment and the level of customer service.
