Food was good in the Restaurant The server was not friendly, she seemed to not be happy with her job

Location to People’s Area was very good. TV did not work and there was no maintenance person at 1030pm. The Toilet flusher was hard to use. Needed 2 hands for the flusher to work, and the shower drain was extremely slow. The person at the front desk could not help just advised me to contact Expedia for a partial refund. After contacting Expedia, they contacted the manager of the hotel on the next business day, and the partial refund was declined.

The front desk guy didn't seem to relish his job much, complaining about how people ask him questions about good restaurants around and saying, "why can't they just look at their phones." In the morning we found puke all over the hallway and walls which kind of added an icky cherry on top. The location seems great, it has a great view of the Capitol building, but the place seems poorly managed. There is definitely some sketchiness in the neighborhood but the lack of cleanliness kind of adds to the general sense of decay.

Defective toilet in my room and a leak in the ceiling

Staff was excellent: friendly, informative, and very responsive. And my view was fabulous. Keys/doors extremely difficult to open. I had a really hard time; I can't imagine an elderly person being able to manage it.

Great location for concerts

Easy check in and check out, clean room, nice views

The curtains on the windows were all stained up, the mattress was very hard, the sink was clogged, bathtub was dirty, toilet clogged. The place stinks and is not worth the money at all. Horrible stay.

Parking was also a mess. We had to pay for parking through a QR code and were told it was good through 12pm the next days. However, the morning of our check-out, we were charged about $35. The hotel staff advised we had to request a refund and hopefully we would get it back???? We will not stay there again.

The staff was all very nice, I almost feel bad about leaving bad review because staff was genuinely trying hard. But the hotel itself needs some updates. The door to room barely works. And we were not only room like that as a fellow hotel stayer walking back actually told me the “trick” to getting the door to work. So clearly it’s a problem with multiple rooms. Maintenance acted like pulling the key up fast and slamming into the door as you pull handle up very quickly was a viable solution. Even this trick needed to be attempted at least 4 or 5 times for it to work. Maybe fix the door?

Staff helpful, good location, clean

I liked the location as it was walking distance from the venue I was going to. There was suppose to be free parking but because the hotel was sold out so the parking was full when we arrived making us have to pay for parking in the lot behind the hotel. However if you don’t select overnight parking when you start the parking you will be charged for another day plus a convenience fee. Something I feel the hotel should tell you if they don’t have parking for you.

Friendly and helpful check-in guy. Room was dated but view of capitol building was excellent. Coffee and water provided. Breakfast was as expected, usual coffee, bagels, some hot food, make your own waffles etc. $15 parking was secure.

Best perk here was the park across the street. Very beautiful. The breakfast and staff were fine. One was maybe a little too eager to please, not thinking about checking facts. Biggest downer was running out of toilet paper. I'd say I got what I paid for overall.

Walking distance to People's Arena.

The benefit of this hotel is its proximity to the concert center. They take full advantage of that by not caring about anything else. Place seemed pretty gross all the way around. And also had no parking for its actual guests.

The location was amazing. We had a room that had only a small amount of toilet paper and no extra roll. The free breakfast is ok but no way to get water. There was only coffee out and no hot water to make the tea or hot chocolate. The check in person was great but the next morning I went down to ask a question and had to wait several minutes while staff had to talk about why the cleaning ladies weren’t clocking in to work that day. Also the 15 minute parking spots supposedly for guests checking in were both taken by hotel staff. Just be aware that you are paying money for an okay stay not the best stay.
