Expedia said this hotel was 4 stars…it was far from it. Upon check in, the front desk staff had to buzz me in since it was after 1 am, they were busy talking and chatting it up with a homeless man…which I immediately felt unsafe and weirded out by…because the whole point of buzzing me in the hotel lobby is to keep homeless out…then after 15 min, the front desk lady still couldn’t get any of the card readers to make my keys so she told me to go park my car and come back. She offered me warm cookies which I never received…. After coming back, she was not there, and another staff member still had me waiting, couldn’t get the keys to work, and said he had to walk us up and open the room for us. Meaning we wouldn’t be able to leave and open the room again. Upon entering the room, we noticed it smelled musty and like pee because of the gross carpet. Our view out the window was just a rooftop at window level. It wasn’t nice like the photos in the listing and it everything felt dated and unclean. It was definitely motel vibes, small, and not 4 stars worthy. Very very disappointed for the experience and the price point. Could have stayed in a hip, boutique hotel for the same cost!

Only complaint is the $25.00 parking fee. The staff was extremely friendly.

The shower and bathroom design are very weird and not useful for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Staff were kind.

Great experience. Great location, in the center of downtown Hartford, right near Pratt St

The minute I arrived to check in Juan and Sandra were very helpful. I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality towards me and my wife. They made checking in a breeze as well as helping us find activities in the area.

As a Hilton Honors member the fact that I had to pay $6 for the two bottles of water in my room is ridiculous.

Housekeeping was knocking at the door at 830 am, waking us up by trying to open the door when we had the lock flipped over so it couldn't be opened. When we asked the front desk for places we could get food, they acted like we were inconveniencing them and ultimately didn't help us at all. Our faucet in the bathroom dripped all night.

Room wasn’t ready when I checked in. Had to wait an hour before getting into my room.
