Nice to have a kitchenette. Room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 5:30 pm. Forgot a disposable razor so asked for one at the front desk but they referred me to a neighboring gas station. Room had a strange smell. It was otherwise clean.

We arrived slightly before check-in (2:30) and the agent went upstairs to check if our room was ready (it was). I was a Director of Sales for the brand years ago, so I knew what to expect coming in. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of our suite. It was a sold out night, and we didn’t hear a peep. Everyone was friendly (other guests and staff). Property was close enough for me and my child to walk to PeoplesBank Arena for a show. Overall, 4.5/5. Also, weird for the brand I think, but they have a pool! Didn’t expect that. Would definitely stay again.

I had read the reviews after I prepaid for 2 days at this hotel. The reviews were correct that the pictures they show is not how it looks. They definitely do a bait and switch. The stove is not a stove. It will take you 30 min to cook an egg. They do not give you any pots or pans in the room to cook with. I had read that online, so I bought my own, but I tried to cook an egg and I gave up. The rooms are clean but need renovation. Overall I honestly didn’t feel safe with the location. I’d give the location and the bed great scores. The kitchen not so. Missing forks and the dishes were not clean. The staff was on it right away. We would go again

The staff was excellent. Unfortunately the room was not up to par... Had a very musty smell to it, the pillow cases were a bit dirty in spots, one of the bed linens had a little blood spot on it and before my son even touched his pillows he found a couple if pieces of hair... We were not happy with the room itself but the staff was excellent at answering questions and catering to their guests.... They were very pleasant...
