The beds were okay. When we arrived the door keys wouldn't work and it took about 30mins to get into the rooms. The bathroom wasn't clean. The bathtub was dirty and the shower didn't have any pressure.

Comfortable room, 111, was thy best room, since any of my stays How clean the bathroom and the room was as a whole

It's not a bad stay that's all I can really tell you

First thing was no real person at front desk. There was a virtual video of a worker to help check in. AC in room was not working and I went back to front desk to get help. The virtual employee said to check thermostat on wall which there wasn’t one and to set it to 35. A miserable night with no cool air. Hoping for a partial refund

I stayed at the facility on Thursday September 17th. The staff was cordial and helpful but the bathroom did not come with towels and washcloths. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and inquire. I was given two towels and one washcloth upon request from the staff. Overall it was a good stay

I Payed Money In Advance an Explained My Working Situation, Due to The Flooding I Was Only Able To Sleep 3hrs of The 7hrs I Was There. They Are Going To Tell You Someone is There 24\7 But That's a Lie No Attendant is There, Only Person Who is There is on a Out Of Country Kiosk Representative [Bunny]& [ Paul] Were No Help. I Left In 7hrs Of My Stay No One Was There To Check My Room At My Check into Which I Explained to [Bunny] My Working Situation An He Agreed Someone Would Be Physicaly Onsite 24/7 So I Lost My $50 Deposit!!! The Room & Bathroom Was Dirty!!! And Water Flooded I Was Highly Disrespected as I Paying Customer an Endup Losing $140 For 7Hrs Stay In a Flooded Hotel Room All While After Working a 12hr Shift Honestly The Super8 Wyn Hampton On Thomas st Was My #1 Worst Stay So Far In 40yrs Of Living!!!

In the morning, there was no breakfast or anything. The staff did make a pot of coffee upon my request, so that was nice.

This is an honest assessment. The location is awesome and convenient. Being able to smoke inside is definitely a plus. You do have safety, privacy, and quietness. I don't think it's a $71 a night hotel. The pillows aren't comfortable. There are holes and spots in the comforters. The bath cloths and towels aren't new. I don't like the new way of checking in. Having to touch an unsanitized machine that everyone uses will stress you out. There should be hand sanitizer sitting beside it.

The pictures on the wall, the bathroom are never really clean good!! Some times the ceiling looks like it is going to fall in, from the Rain. The rooms don't often smell fresh. It's disappointing especially if it's a non- smoking room. The linens are always clean, thanks for that.. Breakfast!! The rooms smelling a little better!! Please

Told breakfast and coffee were included but they didn't provide one the morning we were there.

The price The room it smelled and the toliet was lose and the sink didn’t work right and because I booked a smoking room they gave me 2 double beds instead of the queen bed that I booked

No There’s no maintenance or anyone to fix a problem they want you to wait 2 hours when someone supposed to be there then they don’t accommodate or give refunds cheap ass pastels

Affordable, convenient and it's a decent place. The cigarette Burns in some of the comforters.

Very horrible from beginning to end from walking into the building people hanging out look like crackheads in the parking lot inside was very dirty. The room was filthy. The room was not cleaned. The hallways were horrible. The whole experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. In fact, I lost money. I checked in and never stayed one night in there in fact did not even stay. 5 minutes. I left out and went and found a much better hotel. Very horrible experience.

This place was disgusting.

Everything. The smell of the hotel is horrible. The carpets are dirty. The television never worked and I stayed for 3 nights smh. The rooms are old. The bathrooms are stained and unkept. The furniture is outdated and stained. The bed sheets and blankets had stains
