It’s clean and perfectly fine if you’re travelling for work and just need to crash but doesn’t have the touches needed for a leisure trip. Far too few staff. Ordering any meal took forever. The staff who were there were lovely and tried their very best. A management decision not to staff appropriately- meaning you’d wait for 20-30 minutes for breakfast to be served. Same at the bar ordering dinner

I had a water view on the 8th floor that was absolutely beautiful. Staff members were all friendly. Will definitely be staying there again next year. Thank you for a lovely experience. ❤️☮️❤️☮️❤️☮️❤️

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor.

Upon entering the room, hair on pillow and sheets. Did not discover until the morning that the shower did not work at all. Called front desk twice, and took 30 minutes for maintenance to come to fix but too late for me to wait before my work meeting.

Room is worn and beat up. Was disappointed compared to the pictures. Parking garage stairs smelled like urine. Would not stay again.

The location was great and the lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. Our linens were moldy/mildewed and disgusting. They brought us new ones and they looked the same. We ended up driving to Target to buy our own. I did not expect this poor level of service from a Hilton. The front desk contacted housekeeping, but we never heard from management and no compensation was ever offered for these poor accommodations. In addition, the glass shower door fell off the hinges, which could have been quite dangerous. Maintenance came in, but didn’t fix it properly. Hopefully they fixed it before the next guest. The chair in the room by the window had stains in the seat. I can only imagine what that was so we couldn’t sit there. Overall, the place was in great need of attention and repair.
