First off the front desk agent, Linda was great! She was so courteous & helpful. Really made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and just what we needed since we had our two year old with us. The fold out couch was perfect. Room was cool, bed was comfortable and we loved the shower.

Everything My room didn’t have a remote, I reached out to the front desk and they didn’t give me one said I’d to wait until the next day but I was checking out. I wanted to be able to watch tv while I rested

Everything was nice loved that it had a bar and was able to get food

A/C dos not work properly. Bed was very hard. Nice clean property. Close to major interstate. Easy to move about the city.

Love staying here. I do regularly. However, Sunday night my keys didn’t work. I called repeatedly. No answer. I went downstairs and she was no where to be found. Others were looking for her also. Later on after returning for dinner she was just sitting there on her phone. She was not greeting anyone or even acknowledging them. The other lady was wonderful

My stay was great! It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Not too far from I-10, that was a bonus.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was also very clean. It was quiet and very accommodating .

The atmosphere was welcoming, polite, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was a whole different issue. It was hot almost felt like a sauna.. The pool area was HOT Inquired about the A/C I was told to open the door. That didn’t help the situation at all there was no air flow. After looking around they were air vents in the ceiling.

The lobby area needs attending. There was so much rubbish on the floors, that we were confined to our room. Housekeeping should be ashamed of themselves for not vacuuming those carpets. Luckily our room was very comfortable and attended to, or we would have left. Just glad we were only there for one night. Do better Marriott.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by construction crews. The front area was blocked off, we couldn’t unload at the doors. The doors were opened with large industrial extension cords running out from the lobby with fans. I approached the desk and said, “I didn’t realize y’all were under renovations.” My teens went to check out the pool because we planned on changing and going straight there. The teens came back to the desk and stated, “the pool is closed.” I asked the front desk clerk, “the pool isn’t available?” She said, “oh, I assure you it is. It’s not under renovations but the gym is closed. However, you can go across the street to our sister property to use their gym. Who told you the pool was closed?” The teens proceeded to point out the person and the clerk said, “oh that’s the manager.” She proceeded to ask the manager, “you told them the pool is closed?” The manager, replied very sharply and nasty , “yes! It’s on the website we are under renovations.” I replied, “when I booked, it was not online, the website, and the clerk I spoke to before booking said the pool was opened.” ( I found out later renovations had just started a few days prior to our reservations. The clerk was going to phone the sister property about us utilizing their pool but never actually let us know. The rooms air conditioning didn’t work below 74, the toilets didn’t flush, there were spiders in the bed, the staff was rude and unfriendly except for Asha B.. I will NEVER stay there again.

The property is currently under renovation however the property was clean, staff was very friendly, the pillows were very flat and the e water pressure for the shower was very low. We didn’t eat breakfast or dine at the bar. Overall experience was good.

4th floor rooms are hot during the summer months. Switched to another room on my last night there and it was hot too. The staff was very nice in helping me switch rooms. Property looked like they had renovations going on but that didn't bother me
