TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport N/Grapevine

Liked the location near the airport and only 30 drive to where I needed to go. Friendly staff. Shared parking lot was challenging.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean for the most part. Sink in the bathroom was a little dirty but everything else was clean.

Everything kept breaking. The towel rack in the bathroom literally fell off while taking a towel down. Part of the bathroom sink fell apart while the water was running. The paint in the bathroom is peeling everywhere. The door to our room was super heavy and wouldn’t close on its own, I had to shove it closed so it would latch. There was leftover food I. The dishwasher. It looked like there was poop on the toilet seat. The beds were super uncomfortable. I mean I can just go on and on. It definitely was not worth the money in my opinion. One of the worst Marriott’s I’ve stayed at.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The only thing is the TV was smaller than I expected but all in all it was good place to stay for one night.

Close to our plans for the day Room was super cold and hard to control. No ice machine on 1st floor and 2nd floor ice was empty. I had to go up to 4th just to get ice for a drink.

We only stayed here one night because we were leaving out early the next morning from DFW airport. We parked our vehicle here and I think it was $6 or $7 per day + tax, and they have a shuttle that will take you to DFW airport and pick you up when you return from your trip and bring you back to your car at no extra charge, only the parking fee.

The rooms are very old and nothing like the pics. If you use the dishwasher, you can't use the toilet or shower because there's not enough water. The internet and wifi are absolutely terrible. We couldn't watch TV or log into Netflix because it would glitch or load for a long time. The sheets smelled. Sometimes we would want to purchase snacks but there was never anyone at the front desk. Sometimes staff would be sitting on the couches watching TV. The parking lot had a lot of trash. Everything was so unorganized and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I enjoyed our stay in Grapevine. Our room was a little dated but over all it was a great stay.

Great hotel, clean gym, needs more weight in dumbbells, only had up to 50lbs

The only thing I would complain about is the sofa, it has a bed in it and it is wore out it’s had to sit on it with out sinking into the sofa. The breakfast was great better then any place I have stayed, room was very very clean and the staff was excellent.

The location had a pool, a clean room, a small bar that served food during the day, and a small convenience area to buy various items.

The staff from checkin to the breakfast buffet were awesome! Shuttle to and from airport very courteous and friendly!! Only issue was sofa sleeper was missing a leg bolt
