Rodeway Inn Gorham Riverside

Staff was great. Gave me another room after I told her the room smelled like bug spray and I could not sleep there. She was very nice. Loved the pool and hot tub and location Hot tub needed cleaning

The pool was very large the hot tub was big it was nice to have a sauna that's it We had to change rooms because the first one still had trash in the drawers open food in the cupboard hair all over everything you could imagine towels shower floor bed sheets you name it and a stink then the second one we went in was not much better than the first. Also the breakfast included consisted of a waffle maker and some packets of oatmeal there you go. Almost forgot none of the outlets work except for one by the door, that was really convenient for us all when it came time to showering and blow drying hair etc etc

The hotel was a great value for the price, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Gorham area, especially if you’re coming up to ride the trails!

Location work for myself, it was a place to sleep. The price was right. It's a little dated but I found it clean. People in the shower at 6 am on a holiday. ( it was me sorry)

The place was dirty and disgusting even the hand sanitizer dispenser had mold in no idea how you can let it go so bad even the air vents were disgusting and the beds were gross highly recommend not ever staying here EVER it's the most disgusting place I have ever been and inconsiderate took 3 hours just to get Pillows and they were just little throw Pillows and not clean at all but they covered them with 2 pillow covers NASTY over priced bull s***

The staff were for the most part friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The walls were super thin and you could hear your neighbors very clearly. The beds were uncomfortable and had little bedding/ blankets. Overall I would not return to this motel but the staff were kind and accommodating.

No protein, toaster did not work good.no staff,to small for amount of people. Dirty tables everyday. The room is not what is shown on the website. Told them my husband had a bad leg and need first floor. Did not know the rooms were in the back and he had to step up to get in the room. Not the same as shown on website. I paid and asked for a king and got a a uncomfortable queen. When I asked about it,I was told it's the same price. It's not about the price, I booked a king.

It’s a basic motel, you get what you pay for. Just be aware of hidden cost for ‘resort fee’, which near as I could tell means that you’ve now paid for the privilege of using the pool and fitness facility. Breakfast buffet is a little sparse. Breakfast was just ok, if you didn’t get there early, the only thing left was limited cereals and white bread for toast. Coffee was great, juice was great, but waffles were just ok. We stayed in the newly renovated kitchenette. It did not have any utensils, plates or cutlery. There was a cook top but not pots/pans. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great lighting, good work station, cleanliness and comfort, private entry with car parked outside. All staff were friendly and professional. I took the Moose tour so location was great! toaster is lovely, but need directions how to use!

Stained shower floor. Pool facility worn out with molded sauna room and pool floor paint peeling. Poor smell in the bedroom. Only the beds were acceptable. Urgent need of an upgrade, not to the expected standards of Expedia booking

It was a great down to earth place. The pool was fantastic. The staff were very nice! I will definitely stay again. If you're looking for ritzy snobby perfection this isn't for you. Hometown feel, beautiful views ,lovely place! I have no complaints

The person at the front desk was kind enough. The room was far from good though. The floor was sticky, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the bathroom looked like it was just quickly wiped down instead of actually cleaned. Dead bug in the shower, hair on the toilet, and spit spots on the mirror. I have been a custodian for 17 years and I would have been fired if I had left an area looking like my room at this inn. I even took a blanket out of my truck to sleep on because I didn't trust the bedding to be clean. Very disappointed.
