We did not encounter any staff during our stay. That is not a complaint, merely a clarification. Room was in need of some maintenance; freezer needs defrosting, minor cosmetic repairs, a thorough deep clean. It was not dirty, per se, just looked a bit weary. Bed was quite comfortable, good location, good value. If you're on a budget like us, I think it's worth it.

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good sized refrigerator. Microwave clean and worked well. Easy access after hours, the key was waiting for us. Wifi was very low bandwidth, we couldn't stream an episode. Office closes early, there was nobody there at 8 pm. We came back the next day at 7 pm to see if we could stay again, and there was nobody there.

Location was central to everything needed in Gorham and to the hiking I planned The strong musty/sweet smell was awful. I checked in early afternoon and Joe the window and door open till 8pm. It did not lessen. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusted and looked dirty. The curtains did not stay fully closed and were from a material that. Is beyond old. The bed covering was the same

Propre. Tout était bien lavé. Odeurs : La chambre sentais une odeur de désinfectant chimique épouvantable. Par expérience, habituellement c'est pour camoufler une autre odeur. (Égouts?) J'ai du dormir je partie de la nuit dans mon auto.

Hot tub was unusable the room was very outdated with a lot of work needed, the bed was horrible,you could feel he springs and it was very uncomfortable.

The staffs are definitely doing great job of keeping the motel clean and organized. Great location if you are going to white mountain Mont Washington.
