The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. The attention and enthusiasm were definitely worth the visit. My husband and I appreciated the care and detail that went into our stay.

Clean room and friendly staff. Will book again for our next concert at the Dickies Arena.

The room didn't have an outlet on both sides of the bed and the second charging port for phone charging was on the other side of the room, very inconvenient, and it was VERY slow at charging the phone. The shower had lukewarm water and low water pressure. Breakfast was minimal and only lukewarm. And did I mention they charged my credit card twice for incidentals and I'm still waiting for a refund? I wont be giving Springhill Suites any more of my hard earned money.
