You need to put in a breakfast and coffee counter for your customers.

Clean, comfortable, good location Too much nickel and diming. Parking was extra, no free coffee in the lobby…that was an extra charge (in room coffee was low quality), breakfast an extra charge. Nice place, but those types of things should be added in…especially at the price being charged.

We have stayed in this hotel twice. It is a simple, basic hotel with clean rooms, fresh carpet, very friendly staff, and a great floor plan. I love the nice lobby with the lemon water always available. The only drawback is the "free breakfast type products" are not free. Neither is the coffee. We don't mind though because there are lots of good coffee places nearby like Ascension. All in all it is a wonderful value.

Excellent location close to zoo and cultural district. Quiet location and convenient parking for a reasonable fee compared to other nearby hotels. Breakfast is pricey but we got a special breakfast/parking deal which made it worthwhile.

The location is quiet but just a few minutes from downtown and all of the excitement. Staff were great and the room was large. Will be staying here again in the future.

Hotel had cleaned room clean sheets. It was quiet staff was real friendly and breakfast was good.

The hotel front desk employee was wonderfully kind and courteous! We absolutely loved our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth University Drive. Our stays at Marriott Bonvoy hotels continues to be incredibly impressive!

However No way the bed was king size, My feet almost hung off the end and My king bed at home is much longer and wider. The bed also felt wore out both bed and pillows were unconfutable. TV remote in the bedroom only worked if you pressed buttons extremely hard. The bathroom was very tiny. I had to startle the toilet to open and close the door. We paid extra for food and drink credits which we did not receive then in the end my card was charged @40 over what the receipt shows.. Very disappointed in our stay
