Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth University Drive

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast needed some biscuits and gravy.

Good room, i enjoyed having control over the temperature. All the windows around the hotel look old, they seem outdated. I also would have liked to have access to a working ice maker on the 4th floor

Waited an hour for the front desk to get us checked in because he was allowing other customers to jump in front of a forming line to get in. Wouldn’t let me check in other family members on other reservations to avoid the long delays. Not helpful

Understandable they are doing some remodeling; however, we arrived around 1am and the room they assigned us was musty moldy smelling. She immediately gave a different room but it was the same. At 1am we were not about to keep moving so we put up with it for 2 nights because we were not around the hotel all day. We won’t pick that hotel again

The Pool was awesome, the staff was awesome, parking was private and tucked in. Breakfast was delicious. Clean in the lobby, pool, hallways, elevator and room. Wifi was very slow.

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful stay! The staff was excellent, and she said she would definitely stay here again the next time they’re in town for a concert. Highly recommend!

Dawn- staff from front desk was compassionate and understanding. She was very warm amd welcoming and made a way for an early check in so we can rest before Weird Al concert . The location was amazing, close to food options, Dickies arena and the zoo. Breakfast was ok, Texas size waffles a must. Thank you Dawn!

The room was clean and the staff was helping and friendly

Room was clean bathroom was nice! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel! Will definitely stay here again

No explanation for why they wanted more money when I paid online. Bed was uncomfortable Construction was being done and was not reported on website.

Very good

Room was clean and cool. A/C worked very well. Staff was very cooperative. Parking is very convenient. Close to restaurants (at lease 6 within walking distance) Near cultural events. Easy to get to off I30 and easy to get away. Breakfast was hot and very good. Lots of choices including the frittatas (yummy). Will stay again.

Bathroom was gross. Bottom of shower was dirty. Toilet was wobbly. Sink didn’t drain. Mold in corners of the tub/shower. Won’t stay there again. $309 per night too.

Very clean and a nice breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was dirty and cloudy. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Very good
