The room size was very large. The layout was amazing and there was plenty of space for a couple of people to enjoy a nice evening. I love that the bed was king-size the pillows, sheets and blankets were very comfortable and the room came with a full-size mirror. Cleanliness: The hotel looked to be newly renovated from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooftop bar, and even the room itself. I love that the grout in the tiling within the bathroom seem to be squeaky, clean and white, and there was no residue left in the glass shower from previous guest. Highlights: The highlights of this hotel are definitely the views from the room, rooftop bar restaurant and the overall decor and aesthetic. Amenities: Some of the amenities include a beautiful sixth floor pool and amazing gym. The gym had loads of equipment and machines and was very large. They also provided towels and water for you to use at your own convenience. There was also a conference room as well as a game room with foosball room as well as a game room with foosball and board games like chess and checkers, and there was also a gather area for a large group groups. As mentioned before there's a restaurant that you can enjoy some food. On Thursdays they have a girls night brunch that comes with fries, salad and cocktails. Parking: If you're gonna be parking a car, there is valet to help you do so which is quite nice but there's no self parking garage as this hotel sits right in the middle of downtown town Fort

Very clean and good amenities Not convenient to getting in and out of valet to go to TacU campus. Waited around 15 min each time and valet was very expensive.

It is a very nice hotel, but parking is very expensive. Great rooftop terrace. Spacious rooms.

The air conditioning was very poor; my husband and I slept horribly, and we will not be coming back. The continental breakfast was poor and the food was very cold. The staff was not attentive at all.

Don’t really have anything negative to say. Beautiful clean rooms, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the valet to room service everything was amazing, priced really well also. Only one suggestion I would rather my room service breakfast be on real plates with real silverware instead of all disposable service. This hotel was so nice but that breakfast kinda cheapened it!! I dont give 5 stars very often but I will here!!!

Just few points, I’ve been told that they don’t have cribs for babies, nice if they have. Also they offer free coffee in the morning, and water bottles were free. Very nice staff and hospitality. Great location just right by Main Street,

Additionally, I was planning a surprise and romantic stay for my spouse. I called multiple times and spoke to several people who said they would take my information and have their supervisor call or email me to help me plan something special. At no point did I get a phone call or was it even brought up. A bit disappointing. At a minimum I requested a note be left in the room and even gave what I wanted it to say…when we got to our room…nothing.
