Exceptional
-
The rooms where clean but the lobby smelled like smoke
-
Beds were comfortable Doors are very heavy, can hear slamming doors. Price was very high for one night. Had to pay $50 accident fee and would take several days to get it back.
-
There were just some boggy areas in the grass outside of the hotel would could prevent a tripping hazard. Otherwise 5 out of 5.
-
The rates were higher because of the TCU family weekend.
-
Signs of bugs in room. When checking out, front desk refused to either print or email me a copy of receipt so that I could submit in my travel voucher. She states that I had to get it from Hotel.
-
Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location is convenient. Easy parking. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very attentive. I cannot say enough good about every staff member we came in contact with. From managers, front desk, breakfast attendant & housekeeping, all inquired as to how our stay was going and checked to see if there was anything we needed.

Staff was friendly. Very clean rooms.
-
Very nice place
-
Landscaping seems poorly tended, dead plants. Outdoor pool appeared to have green water.
-
There was good breakfast and nice clean rooms
-
Tv in room did not have any channel availability. Ice machine not working.
-
Other than that the rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and Victoria at the front desk is super sweet and helpful.
-
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cool and comfortable, the price was very reasonable in a great area of town! Will stay here again!
-
This hotel is very ran down. It needs a good remodeling. Tile is comming off or loose in the bathroom. The rooms were fairly clean but it just felt yucky since everything was very worn.
-
The hotel and the room were ok, the wireless internet was awful.. I couldn’t even browse the internet, let alone send email or have a work meeting.
-
Room size, mini-fridge, very close to Target, location, staff, and free parking.
-
Clean room
