Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest at Cityview

This is my Favorite Place to stay even if all my business is in Dallas or surrounding area i stay here. It is clean and so comfortable the Staff are always nice and welcoming i recommend it to all my family and friends 🤗

Everything was good

Clean room, staff was very helpful.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the door was a bit messed up. You had to be very careful when you closed it because the locking mechanism wasn’t working properly. You also could not do the extra door lock from the inside but the thing that would stop the door if it were opened did work.

The room air quality was very poor, smelling very musty and warm. After adjusting temp it never improved. Caused wife’s asthma to flare up. At 2-3 AM requested another room. It was very satisfactory. Duration of stay 7 nights

The location was great!

Upon check-in, the machine used to program the room key was broken, requiring staff to walk us to our room, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was no hot water available when needed for showers. I overheard another guest mention this issue at check-out. Lastly, the room had a slight musty odor; while not overwhelming, it was noticeable.

Great stay

Room was nice only downfall was I asked for a king room and got a double instead. Staff was friendly and very helpful when my keycards didn’t work.

Very clean and quite perfect place to stay on vacation.

Rooms smell like smoking rooms and mold. Had to request another room due to smell, second room marginally better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available if needed, and the room was also spotless, subject I'm sure to the same standards they use in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good; fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. and as mentioned above, always clean. The only negative experience we had was actually not hotel-related, but due to the fact that to exit to Overton Ridge, you have to 'navigate' the crazy Costco parking lot via an intersection without traffic lights. A little crazy a couple of times. This is now our go-to hotel when staying in FW, easy winner.

We were there for 3 nights and not once dos they clean our room. I specifically went to the front desk to request it be cleaned while we were out. When we returned, no new towels no new bedding, no vacuuming, no toilet refill. I had to send my son to the front desk for more.

The gym was clean and cool I had to get my key card reactivate four times during my stay. Every time I left room 402 I needed a new card to get in. The indoor pool is small.

Smell to room musty and cigarettes. Pullout couch looked very used. Cockroach in the toilet when first coming in room. The rooms did not get very cool.

Easy reservation process, courteous and helpful staff, clean property.

Loved everything about it!! I loved every signgle thing.
