Very clean no bugs

Everything about this hotel was nice. Visiting family. Will stay here again.

Average stay. Key card kept declining, and had to ask for a replacement key twice. Not much of hot breakfast variety, which surprised me since LaQuintas typical have a good amount of hot food options. Did not have room service throughout my whole stay, so if you want new towels and your room cleaned make sure to ask front desk.

Great location. Hotel staff was nice. The room had a bit of musty smell. The pool didn’t look clean. For a 1-2 day stay, it’s fine. I wouldn’t stay there any longer.

Nothing The bathroom was nasty, there was a hair in the bathtub drain there was a used bar of soap in the sink. No other soap to use. The room smelled really bad. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. I checked out on the 23 red and still waiting for an answer about getting a refund for the nights I did not stay. The pictures are not truthful.

Room is dirty and smells damp. Shower faucet fell off in my hand. Rooms keys stopped working several times. Pool is unusable

The sheets did not feel clean and they had pills.

The breakfast was ok. The hotel was visibly dirty in common areas. The only thing that appeared to have been properly cleaned and prepared in our hotel room was the bedding. There was pee on the side of the toilet that could be clearly seen through the glass shower door. There was still hair in the shower from the previous guest. There was crumbs on the carpet that could be filled with bare feet. Sticky food on microwave buttons in the room. Had to go to target and buy disinfecting wipe, for piece of mind. The TV only worked when the light switch to the entrance of the hotel room was turned on.

Expedia price we paid was $100 more than someone at the counter paid who walked in while we waited for 15 minutes for her to get a room when we arrived at 2:30 in the morning. The snacks were a vending machine. Our room was not horrible, but not super clean. At check out, when we asked for our bill, we were told that we needed to get that from Expedia.

We’ve come away VERY itchy and have a few bites so we believe the bed had bed bugs. Asked for a late check out but then got disturbed multiple times and in the end had to leave the room as the lady cleaning our room (despite us having a late check out) couldn’t understand us and just came in and started cleaning whilst we were still sat there. We were then informed our late check out was not noted down which was why this had happened, it seems like the staff don’t communicate with on another. There was also a lot of random families with children that would just sit in the lobby all day everyday, and smoke drugs outside the hotel itself. We weren’t even sure if they had a room at the hotel as they were just in the lobby until very late hours in the night. They weren’t friendly either so the fact that the hotel allows this is scary. The cleaning staff blast their music at silly hours in the morning (6 AM) whilst they’re cleaning rooms. No consideration for the guests they have staying at the hotel at all. Most of them were also pretty rude. There was one / two helpful staff at reception, but there were also a few not so helpful and were just plain rude. When we checked in she said one word to us and didn’t even smile, honestly it is wild Multiple Uber drivers advised us to move and they’d heard that needles had been left in rooms and overall was just a pretty rough place to stay.

The carpets in the bedroom smelled horrible, the elevator was on its last leg and the bedroom ceiling was peeling
-
Google said the facility was 3 miles from TCU campus when it was probably 10. Very disappointing.
-
The water in the shower of room 202 was too hot to bathe in. Cold was trickling so we had to use a cup to collect descent temperature water to bathe. Reported it to Evan when I checked out.
-
The hotel is dated and in need of a refresh inside. Staff was nice and courteous. Our room was not that clean. Hair and mold by the AC Unit. Caulk and paint needed attention. Rust spot outside the tub. Stain on the towel. Busted doorstop in the room. Room door handle only worked if you pulled up. Damaged walls in the elevator and hallway.

It was pretty good

We needed this last minute. Not a great location. Hotel smelled like weed. There were random people outside the hotel that made it seem un easy. Beds were uncomfortable. We won’t be here again.

Good

The staff was amazing. Very uncomfortable at times because a lot of unknown people walking around and standing around the property.

So disappointed. We arrived late at night (mom and 2 daughters). The parking lot was frightening... lots of people hanging out... one car full of smoke (pot) and a baby in the front seat. The first room we were given had the door open and the a/c didnt work. We were moved to another room. The place is in rough shape. Front desk person at night was great... very helpful, but we would NEVER stay again. Additionally, my daughter's key didnt work and they just gave her another... without asking last name or for id.

Property is run down, rooms were comfortable, it was quiet, well lit and plenty of parking.
