Excellent everything great

Upon arrival the vallet was very unorganized and chaotic. Once we told them we did not want vallet due to us wanting to stay close to family and friends for parking we became quickly ignored. We were told just 2 minutes in a luggage cart around 20 mins of waiting we asked again and were ignored. The front desk however were very sweet and helpful. When we had to drive back around to unload and we told a different worker we weren’t doing vallet she looked very annoyed and walked off from us. Upon entering our room, the bedsheets had black marks on them. However we aren’t hard to please people so we resumed in getting ready for a happy night of celebrating with family. The AC however would never turn on or go down, we thought oh well surely when we come back for the night it will. We were wrong when we returned it was still very hot and AC still did not cool down or blow even after we tried on the thermostat multiple times. My poor friend did not sleep for the night and it was a very poor and uncomfortable stay. We do not plan to be back to this location with how poor our experience went and were treated, on such an exciting day and the price we had to pay to stay here…

Good central location for food and access to other parts of Fort Worth

The young lady Makelia so helpful. The only issue and it's very small is that the lady that knocks on the door before you check out was asking what time you're leaving. I was trying to get ready and I thought everyone knew check out is at noon even though I left before than. The lady at the bar was amazing. So is the food.

Understaffed and poor service. Room was fine, but underwhelmed. My daughter is a student at TCU and we stay in Ft. Worth alot... will never stay at this hotel again.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Fort Worth! Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and modern, and the entire hotel had a really nice atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the bar and dining area—it was stylish, inviting, and a great place to relax. The location was also very convenient for enjoying downtown. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Best hotel in Fort Worth. My favorite feature is no carpet in guest rooms. Centrally located to everything. The bar is great!

Convenient and clean. We love staying here when we weekend in downtown.

This hotel is in the perfect location for walking distance to all the fun in Sundance square. Check in staff is very friendly and helpful. Bar staff is upbeat and great company. Valet staff is quick and happy to be there even in 100 degree weather. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC did not cool down enough for us, but it was manageable, next time we will bring a fan. We come to Sundance square often and we will stay here again.
