Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport

Everything's good and clean

Mouse.

It is only getting worst..

The Hotel is old therefore the rooms are old to, The front door was very dirty like it has a lot that doesn't clean it, the room has an old smell.

I was there for 4 days and had no maid service or clean towels in 4 days. Room leaked under the door when it rained. Roaches and flies in the room.

Room was dirty, floor was full of dirt. Shower was clogged till it got fixed. Roaches in the room. I asked for the room to be cleaned plenty of times and was never cleaned. I told the manager he said they would clean it the following day, I got back to the room and it was never cleaned.

Everything ok room ok

Booked this to rest for the night on a cross country drive. It's close to the freeway and decent for the price. Room was clean, bathroom had older fixtures and was cleanish. Helpful staff. The included breakfast was good and much needed for the drive ahead.

Great breakfast for a great night sleep. Gonna make this my go to rest stop while driving across the state

Housekeeping must be better that they are doing

Limpia la habitación breakfast bueno Felicidades

Nunca me quede y me cobraron la habitación y llame para cancelar y no me devolvieron mi dinero

Old and needs to be updated..Not very clean, did my own cleaning tho

The room was also infested with flies. Absolutely NOT my typical room or Experian booking, it was a kind of disaster. Oh, and the so-called shuttle had one run that day, at 10 AM, which would have made me miss my flight, so I had to shell out another $15 that I hadn't planned on spending for an Uber. In summation, all I wanted was what was in your ad on Experian. I didn't get that. Something needs to be done to make this horrid experience right.

Todo estaba muy bien

Everything was good

They didn’t come to clean not even once . I kept the room clean myself. I had to pick up clean sheets , towels and toilet paper directly because nobody showed up to clean or replace towels and sheets .

Nothing was likeable. I was given a room on the second floor and I have a handicap husband in a wheelchair. The receptionist said she could not help us because we purchased our stay through booking. We did not stay. Went down the street and stayed at another Wyndam. 3staff rude, not helpful, very dissmissive

Nothing Disgusting

Rented a room 2 nigjts. Second day room was not clean or bed made.
