La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso Cielo Vista

Room was clean, parking was easy, AC worked. While desk staff helped me find my room by describing where to go, she also definitely could have pointed me to their map for the rooms, because that would have been easier for both of us. The stairs to the room were not well maintained... an elderly customer could trip on some of the broken stairs. Nreakfast was okay...

Facility needs rebuilt the full building Terrible service

The location was closed and had a sign on the door saying that it was not a hotel. I got ripped off because I booked the room online and can't get refunded my money.

Tuve un problema con la llave no abrió la habitación que me habian asignado, tuve que ir a recepción 3 veces para que la programaran y no funciono. La persona de recepción me ofreció otra habitación que no tenia TV porque ya no tenian cuartos por lo accedi porque ya era tarde 12 am, igual en esta habitación no funciono la llave, tuvo que ir la señorita a abrirnos con su llave maestra. El detalle es que no solo no tenia TV el cuarto, no funcionaba la luz del lado de la habitación, (el baño si) pero se notaba que no era regularmente limpiado, es decir que tenia un rato sin nadie hospedarse ya que varios artículos estaban desconectados y llenos de polvo. Muy mala experiencia y lamentable porque era una cadena de hoteles buena, parece que la estan dejando caer.

The staff were so kind. But this property reflects what the owner thinks of their employees and guests. The place is a color short of being in a horror movie. Stay away from this location. Spend the extra for safety and sanity. I potty the employees that are subjected to working for this hell hole. They deserve better

The 1st room had no TV. The 2nd room had a bad odor and floor was dirty

Honestly, the Staff was really amazing like really really good even with my loud air condition that I chose happily my stay was good my only recommendation is maybe spend the extra five minutes to sweep the corners get some crosswaves.

Lady at front desk was personal and very nice. I would come back because of her I wanted to spent some time at the swimming pool, but it’s ok

Clean room quiet place to rest

Room 258 had a broken key sensor on the door. The hotel front desk had to let me in with the master key and left me in my room with the door key that doesn't work. AND the door deadbolt did not work. I did not feel very safe staying there.

It smelled bad and felt humid

Instalaciones en mal estado. Baño olía mal. Desayuno solo café, pan y waffles.

Clean room

Well, I liked was the fact that it was easier to check in. And the girl in the front who helped me check in was beyond nice and accommodating. She should really get Staff that has her back and doesn’t work against her. She truly cares about the customers, but as for the maintenance people and the groundskeepers not so much. I didn’t like the fact that it was so rundown and untrustworthy. It looked like something that bedbugs would invest in. Fortunately, for me and my family, we did not experience bedbugs, but we could not take showers immediately I had to go to Walmart to buy bleach and cleaning supplies because the shower was so filthy had pubic hairs. The walls are filthy fingerprints the bedding was questionable whether it had even been changed. The floor was nasty clearly hadn’t been swept and mopped and who knows how long just plain filthy.

When I got there they had overbooked the hotel and offered me a room with no a/c or one where the card reader did not work so if i left the room i would not be able to get back in so i went with the one with the broken card reader and got a promise of a new room in the morning i asked as a courtesy to get a room down stairs because of the last night miss-hap but they did not honor the request the breakfast was horrible and the rooms were dirty and the grounds were unkept all trash cans where full and a-lot of mysterious people outside will not recommend to stay here especially if you have kids

Lamento mucho que la gente no respete a los demas inquilinos ya que usan esos hoteles para estarse drogando todo el dia y no dejan estar agusto pero el apoyo del personal fue bueno nos cambiaron de habitación

La habitación estaba masomenos bien y si estaba limpia pero el desayuno no sirve para nada y la alberca estaba en malísima condiciones fuera de uso .
