Nothing rooms were dirty shower didnt work and they changed new room had no towels and the breakfast sucked didn't evev have coffee

The room was dirty, still had potato chips from the previous clients. Breakfast was cereal with no bowls or milk, stale coffee with no cups or creamer, a broken waffle maker and a dirty pitcher of OJ and remember still with no cups.

We stayed for 1 night, there were roaches in my room, shower was dirty and didn’t had any water.

I did not stay at all. They tried to give me 2 different Rooms both had hair and bugs in the bed. No towels. Remote did not work. Bathroom smelled like mildew

Room was not clean when we got there, tv remote didn't work, and there were no basic toiletries like soap, hand soap, or toilet paper. Same night I went to twice to the front desk to ask for a remote that work, neither one work, ended up giving up ans just watch TV on our phones. Same night I asked for someone to go clean the room, and I was told no one was there from housekeeping until the morning. I told them that we had plans to step out in the morning and that we weren't returning to the hotel until afternoon. Front desk promised that they would have someone clean it first thing in the morning. We returned to our room around 2 pm, and room was still the same. I complaint, manager said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait until someone was available to go clean the our room. We ended stepping out again so they could clean it at 3 pm and came back at 5 pm to a semi clean room. I ended up checking out early, hotel was booked for two nights and I only stayed one night with no refund for the second night. Never again.

Every single thing. I took pictures it was so bad. Mold in the shower. Exterior was very dirty including graffiti in the elevator. "Breakfast"....Fruit Loops, milk and 1 waffle maker. There was coffee but no coffee cups.

Green pool balcony is falling apart. Key cards does not work for the door, trash all over the floor food all over the floor poorly maintained. No remote for the tv

Poor breakfast, Unclean pathways, bad lighting, no toiletries, dirty toilets, worst cigarette smell.

Nothing I checked in and the rep checking me in was checked me in with no customer service experience. In my room the floor felt like it was unsweetened. In the middle of the night when I used the restroom I did not have any toilet paper or towels. My husband went to go ask for some and was told they did not have any. The balcony was full of bird feces. It was very unhealthy and un clean. I requested a refund and know I am having issues with that.

Just not clean and run down restroom was falling apart and my sheets where dirty so was the floor looked like it Haden t bin mopped in days

Nothing the employees were rude my room was supposed to be to be non smoking.. because I have asthma..the room smelled like smoke has burn marks like crack head lived there . One of the beds was broken the ac didn’t turn on and the beds had semen stains .. I called and reported this with an Expedia employee and provided pictures I returned my key didn’t sleep in the room the hotel refused to change my room and were very rude I drove 10 hours for this bad experience.. never again and me and my aunt and cousin couldn’t find any more hotels for the night we had to sleep in are car outside a loved gas station …its embarrassing honestly

The room was dirty. The curtains had cigarette burns on them and were ripped. The property itself is not well maintained. It didn’t have toiletries or toilet paper. The only good thing about this property is the parking, plenty of it. If you can choose another hotel. Definitely not worth the $295 I was charged, I do understand it was Labor Day weekend but the price is extremely expensive for what they offer.
