Great customer service

Staff was rude. Pool was not functional. Room was clean.

overall good

the view of Mexico was great. wonderful location and very clean rooms. The shower was a little odd as it was a hard jet with no way to change it or soften the flow. Breakfast was really good but the orange juice and apple juice was just water when it came out. This needs to be fixed. The front desk took a long time to get us checked in as there was no one there when we arrived and we waited over 10 min for anyone to come to the desk. Other than those few things, the place was great.

Drove cross country and back. This hotel was my last stay on the trip. Although I stayed in a few better places, they were also more expensive. This hotel was perfect and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if traveling through El Paso. I would have liked a smart TV so I could access my Netflix account.
