Great stay, very convenient to where I needed to go.

I had a reservation for the pass weekend and I reserved a room with 2 bed and I got a room with one bed that looked more like a storage room and the only option I got as compensation was get some points for my next stay? I wouldn’t never book that hotel again I requested my full refund since I left right away so I hope my refund and deposit doesn’t take more that 4 days

Great service. Staff was very helpful

Great price for the room hotel. They have all the amenities needed. The pool was great. The hotel also has an amazing view to the El Paso mountains. Breakfast was included on my reservation and the breakfast at the Casanova restaurant was delicious. Definitely recommend the Doubletree for a stay.

It was nice and clean place to stay

This used to be our go-to hotel for weekends in El Paso, but for the second year in a row we were disappointed. In 2025, unbeknownst to us when we booked our room, there was a huge party scheduled the first night we stayed and there was loud music on the terrace until 1AM. This year, no party but we found a stain on the top sheet of our bed. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up so had to use cell phone to call the front desk- took two calls and over an hour before we could get a replacement sheet (my partner went to the front desk at 9:30pm to get it when no one came to the room). The carpet in our room was worn and stained. We're likely staying elsewhere next time we have an event in El Paso (we go there to run races, go to baseball and hockey games, etc.)
