Rooms were nice, towels were stained, check in staff was a bit rude, besides the two, it was a nice stay.

The breakfast was very good. The location was good until it was time to get some sleep., it was so noisy it was hard to go to sleep the outside street noise was so bad, i mean real bad. The water pressure at the sink came out so slow. And the bathtub bottom didn't have a solid bottom at all it felt bubblie.

Breakfast friendly staff especially kitchen crew I all ice machines are not working or missing having to go ask for ice when needed. Windows don’t keep out noise of adjacent freeway front desk clerk able to keep us in our same room fir additional night despite app making us pay for a higher rate for a room it said was only one available.. not true/ there were many. Please adjust our account with a credit of difference we had to pay just to secure a room in the app thanks

Helpful staff/courtes staff in kitchen helpful when asking for anything!!

Was booked for the wrong date by accident, couldn’t change the dates, so therefore I can’t leave a review for a hotel where I didn’t stay in!
