Reviews
-
The breakfast was mediocre. Potatoes not very tasty.
-
For a hotel of this stature and price, I expected a flawless stay, but the service fell completely short. I trusted the valet with my car, and it was returned to me with scratched wheels. To make matters worse, they completely forgot an additional service that was supposed to accompany our bottle of champagne. When you pay a premium, you expect premium care. Unfortunately, the lack of oversight and execution made this a very unacceptable experience. I won’t be returning

We loved everything about the PlazaHotel in El Paso. The attention to detail is exquisite as are the furnishings in the room. Love, absolutely love the hardware in the bathrooms and the lighting in the room. Plus, the hotel itself is one of the most wonderful renovations I’ve ever seen. Service is exquisite and the food was delicious.
