AC was super loud

The rooms were nice, the pool was gross and green, Ice machines not working on certain floors, Great breakfast

Great location The pool wasn’t available. Didn’t want to get in the pool just wanted to go sit by it & listen to music. The ice machine on the sixth floor wasn’t working so we had to go to another floor to get ice.

Nice hotel

I was concerned the second night when I woke up to loud yelling outside. I was very concerned that someone would be hurt. I was reassured that there was security on the property. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Awesome stay

Currently under construction so a bit of a mess in the front. I am assuming they are short staffed as I checked in at 3:30 ish and the same front desk person was there that night when we returned to dinner and the next morning at breakfast at 6:30 am. She was very nice. We checked in and were given keys to a room, when we got there the keys didn’t work and there was someone in the room watching tv. Went back to the desk to report it and had to wait as the front desk reception staff was also the cook and bartender and was stretched thin. Not her fault. Again she was very nice.

Everything was too loud, the air conditioner, the shower, the toilet. There was a hole in the bathroom wall.

Exceptional

I normally love Hyatt properties. This property was conveniently located if travelling to/from the airport. I stayed one night prior to a flight out. The property was ok, but what I noticed most were the lack of room amenities. For example, there were no electric outlets available on either side of the bed, since they were blocked by the nightstands. So phone chargers, CPAP machines could not be used bedside. The shower had the usual soap/shampoo, but the sink had only a tiny soap - no hand lotion or makeup wipes. Nothing. A little disappointed. The hallways and elevator are not air conditioned - also a bit disappointing. Otherwise, ok for a quick one night stay, but there is better nearby.

1. Absolutely loved the home-cooked breakfast! It was so good! 2. The airport shuttle - very convenient Nothing!

Nice Location I booked knowing the hotel has a pool, but it was closed, it could have been mentioned in the booking

Breakfast was very poor. Hotel is old and with so many broken things. I did not like it

The hotel lost power for hours it was hot had to get dressed in the dark very unsatisfied The room was clean
