Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North I-85

Poor wasn’t viable

Superb

Superb

Very good

The power went out and apparently there were no back up generators in the hotel. So we were stuck with no power, wifi connection or ac for almost 2 hours. Front desk staff never apologized and only said that the power disconnection was not their fault, therefore no refunds or credits could be issued. I would have never expected this from a Hilton hotel. I would not stay here again.

Great staff

Clean and beautiful decor. Friendly staff excellent service I liked it all

Superb

Staff was very nice. Carpets in room were filthy! Looked like a bar gloor!

Morning Breakfast/staff were very on point with the cleanliness of the dining area. So when I travel, pay attention very closely to dining floor and lights. The dining area passed the test

Proximity to the airport You can hear noice from other rooms. Shuttle bus very disappointing after +45 min it never arrived, and the property is close by the airport

Great location relative to ATL. Friendly, helpful staff, and great suites. Nothing

Nothing The room was dirty. Stains on the couch and desk chair. Our room was about 35 yards from interstate 85 near the airport and all night we heard traffic and trucks coming and going. Got roughly 2 hours sleep. Not good when we had to be at the airport by 5:30am to catch a flight to Phoenix.

The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate all of your requests.

bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean the breakfast buffet was great

Location only The shuttle bus driver missed to pick up me while I was waiting for 30 minutes at the airport. The driver was constantly talking through his phone with someone while driving. I don’t recommend this hotel to others.

We was put in a room that had blinds missing . We didn't find out until we went to close them. Told the front desk and they already knew so why did they put us in this room. And it was on the ground floor so we could see all the car lights all night.we had to put a sheet up so no one could look in but could see the lights all night..also went to use the iron and it had sticky muck on it and it came off on my white shirt as I went to iron it..other than that it was a bed for the night...

The bed was comfortable and the accommodations met the requirements. The sound on the TV was very low.

nice prop and facilities and accommodating staff

Nice location and room. Breakfast very average. Furniture in room and restaurant stained. Horrible noise in the room with very thin windows. No ear plugs available.
