I was most impressed how clean and maintained the bathroom was. The shower had little to no signs of mildew/mold and the hardware had been looked after (parts for rolling shower door). The room was much nicer in person. Would stay again.

Canceled my room at the last minute because they were ‘ over booked ‘ . Leaving us nowhere to go as we were driving in out of town

I was delayed in Atlanta due to plane delay, had to stay overnight. it was 12pm and looking fora hotel. This hotel had a room available. I had started my day of travel at 8 am, delay after delay, cancelations etc., The evening front desk person, was absolutely wonderful. It showed on the computer that were no rooms available after I had booked it online in the airport, she FOUND ME A ROOM. She also was so nice and gave me some bottles of water, and some cookies. she also gave me some cheese and meat paks. I was so grateful just to get a clean room and warm bed. nothing
