I stayed at The Curtis Hotel for a work conference in Denver and was disappointed: - The bed was made with both the top and bottom sheets inside out. - No drawers for personal items. My belongings sat on an open shelf next to the mini fridge. - Shower pressure was so low the water dripped out like a sprinkler. I couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my hair. - No proper bathroom storage. Towels were kept on the floor under the sink, next to the trash can and near the toilet. Unsanitary, and the "clean" towel I used smelled horrible. - The desk was tiny with no outlets. The nearest outlet was on the nightstand and my cord wouldn't reach. I asked the front desk for an extension cord, but it never came. - I returned after 4:00 p.m. to an uncleaned room. The front desk's response had a "bless your heart" tone: so sorry, the cleaning crew has left for the day. No offer to help or make it right. The Curtis has a fun look, but it misses the basics: cleanliness, comfort, functionality, and service. Business travelers especially should look elsewhere.

Easy check in and very helpful staff

Room was small and really run down

Great place !!

Our room was on the 13th floor. Fun Edgar Allen Poe feel. We had the double queen room- beds were comfortable for the first few hours of sleep but then felt hard and left us waking up with a stiff back.

Bulb was flickering in the shower which was frustrating and the hotel did not have an iron, only a steamer which couldn’t get the wrinkles out of my clothes for my conference I was attending. Theme of the hotel was not exactly my vibe, a little too child like. Location was convenient for my needs though!

Location is perfect to walk anywhere downtown. The staff was super helpful and friendly, allowed us to check out at noon instead of 11 and was able to hold our bags while we ventured out on our last day. Comfy beds, fun decor throughout the hotel, would def stay here again
-
the room I booked for was over booked, however staff covered my breakfast each morning i stayed for inconvenience. staff was very friendly & helpful. will be staying again

Hotel was in a very good location, but issues with elevators, due to how fast they close upon waiting for people to exit/enter. Air vents in bathrooms were full of dust
-
We stayed here for a concert at Ball Arena. It was a nice easy walk. The hotel staff was awesome! And the themed floors and room were so much fun! We would definitely stay here again!
-
Nice hotel in Downtown Close to Convention Center and Coors field which is why I was In town. I would definitely stay again
-
Loved the Curtis! It was in a prime location near 16th street, walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and helpful!
-
Rooms were small but clean. It worked for what we needed. Wouldn’t work for a long stay.
-
We appreciated the restaurant on-site.
-
Room Air Conditioning was loud, bathtub had a leak and bathroom sink only had hot water.
-
Nice location. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were very comforanle.

Overall, the Curtis hotel was excellent… The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location for us in Denver was perfect… one thing they need to improve, is the elevators… Brutally slow, one wasn’t working, and they’re so small not that many people could fit in there.
