Property is in great location with many amenities nearby. Clean and well maintained, great staff! Will consider again when in the area.

Less amenities inside the room, also breakfast is just bare minimum and the same every day - no yogurt. Be ready to wait for elevator as it is a tall building - 21 floors

The hotel itself is well kept. The rooms are decent size and my king room had a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and a good-sized fridge. The breakfast was decent as well, with eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, and a lot of bread, cereal, oatmeal and fruit options. I felt secure as well because you need to use your key to get to your floor. There is a convenient self-service store on the first floor, paid laundry room in the basement, and a bar in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again for a conference.

They did give me 30 min additional for checkout so that was nice. Location was great for what we had planned.

Great location. Only problem was the parking was a little pricey.

The breakfast is excellent with variety of food choices.

Overall, the stay was just OK, but the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality and level of service provided. The rooms were not completely clean, with noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling. The property also appears to be minimally staffed, and that lack of staffing is noticeable throughout the guest experience. The common-area restrooms were not particularly clean, and the lobby drink station had empty hot-water pots. Check-in was also slower than expected, with only two people working the front desk while a line of guests waited. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was limited, and the few options available were fairly low quality. Parking is also not included and comes at an additional cost, which feels excessive given the overall price of the stay. In summary, this feels like an overpriced hotel trying to present itself as a luxury property, while showing clear signs of neglect, reduced staffing, and cost-cutting. For the price, I expected a much cleaner property, better service, and a noticeably higher-quality overall experience.

It was a great experience
-
The closeness to the convention center. Room plugs are not up-to-date for newer devices.
-
Fantastic hotel right by the convention center. Clean, quiet, and even had a better than average gym for a hotel. Definitely would recommend!
-
Clean, updated rooms with modern amenities, Helpful staff, lots of decent breakfast options, good enough coffee, secure parking. It’s what you expect from a Hilton property. My only critique would be that the pillows are too soft. Otherwise, met or exceeded expectations.

Could walk to stadium

Front desk was poor in my case, incidental charged to my credit card was not returned properly, there was a charge for parking when I did not have a car, now I have to spend my time to ret it right, very frustrating.
