Breakfast was good and very convenient. I also liked the social hour with light snacks Location downtown is great but often noisy wth fire engine sirens etc. I realize that can’t be helped but I was woken up up several times from sirens.

The first room that was given to us already had people in it but the staff got us into another room after 15 minutes.

Great location I hear clicking noises all night, possibly from the fridge. Not sure but kept me up

Breakfast had plenty of options and changed daily.

The front desk staff was excellent. Super inviting and friendly. Warm welcoming faces as soon as you walked in the door. Loved that breakfast was included and that it was a hot breakfast. Worth the price.
-
The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness, contributing to a welcoming environment. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation following a walk. Notably, these amenities are available 24 hours, a feature that is uncommon in most hotels and reflects a strong commitment to guest convenience.

Very good

This is a great hotel to stay at. Free breakfast, free happy hour, friendly staff.
-
They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me which I appreciated. The room was spacious. Breakfast was above average for a hotel that provides free breakfast. I am glad I did not bring a car as it looked like parking was tight or you had to park in an alternate lot nearby.

Everything was great

Complementary drinks and food and laundry
-
Location No balcony. Or windows that would open for fresh air
-
We stayed there for several nights and did not have a hot shower once because there was no stream from the nozzle. The breakfast was ordinary and ran out of Cutlery on several occasions and the Aircon in the room did not work well
