Staff was very good

Really comfy bed!

When I arrived, staff allowed me to check in 2 hours early without any issues, which was a huge plus! I also noticed the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was so clean! I felt safe walking around the area, even after a late night concert. Only negative was that housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:45am, when check out was at 11am.

It was very clean and comfortable with welcoming staff! The location was great with access to walking. 16th street, the free bus, and train. N/A — I would stay again!

This hotel is half the cost of the others around it, and lacking as well in amenities. The staff was fabulous and courteous, but too busy to answer the phones from the rooms. My room was lovely with a view of the mountains and the hotel is so conveniently near everything fun in Denver. HOWEVER. the walls are as thin as paper and the guy that I was stuck next to talked in a very loud voice most of the night; the staff asked him to quiet down, but that pissed him off and he was even louder. NO BREAKFAST!!!!! The bathrooms are dated and I couldn’t get the lower spout of the shower to turn off so that I had pressure in the shower head. Otherwise, everything else nearby is only for rich people, so grin and bear it.

Incidental fee needs to be returned as soon as possible. Not in a week.

Hotel did not have our booking.com reservation. Elevators did not work. Continental Breakfast was expensive for the food offered.

Solid middle of the line hotel room. Starting to age a bit, but still in good shape. Safe location, quiet, convenient to entertainment venues and restaurants. Minor point...plastic rack for glass plate in my room's microwave was missing one wheel, so when I put a cup of coffee in for a warm up, the cup tipped over and I had to clean a bit of a mess. Otherwise, no complaints.

Staff was very friendly and informative. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Parking is an additional $40.00, not impressed with that, no place else to park.
