DoubleTree by Hilton Deadwood at Cadillac Jack's

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. The room was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and accommodating for a wheelchair. The bed was a little too high (recommended height is 20-23 inches), but we made it work. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Offered us water and cookies at check-in and check-out. Chuck at the front desk was very helpful by fulfilling a request for a transfer shower chair. The chair was missing one of the rubber feet, which could be a safety hazard. I recommend replacing that particular shower chair. The food and staff at Wagers Sportsbook and Grill were both excellent! It would have been helpful if we were notified of breakfast and coffee options in the 2nd floor lobby. We did not know about it until the day of departure. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely stay again!

Entrance was under construction with no signs posted. You may as well have valet park your vehicle because you will pay to park regardless. The hotel is actually above the casino. If you’ve been to Las Vegas then you know what it’s like. The room was nice and staff was too. Biggest complaint was lack of signs. We wasted quite a bit of time trying to determine where the entrance was, but once valet showed up he told us. You have to wait a bit if time for valet though because they aren’t always looking to see if someone is waiting. Personally, even though rooms were nice, I would stay somewhere else

Unfortunately, our room was a major letdown. Our windows overlooked an air-conditioning unit, and the dingy windows appeared as though they had never been cleaned obscuring the view beyond the unit. The shower door would not stay closed, so I had to hold it shut with my hand throughout the entire shower. We also requested a refill of our conditioner, but it was never provided. The casino itself was clean, and the dealers were friendly, which was a positive part of our experience. However, the condition and maintenance of the room were disappointing and really affected our overall stay.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Only downside to the room was the exhaust fan wasn't working so that made the room extremely humid. Many comforts like coffee, dining and casino was all right there and the historic downtown Deadwood was just a few blocks walk away.

The location is perfect. They have a casino and several good choices of restaurants. The staff at the check in are top notch and valet is a great option. You have to try the cookies at the check in. The only thing I found strange was water pressure had some moments of very low to no water and when it came back on it was very hot. I would not let that deter me from staying again. You can walk to downtown and the town has many things to see.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was ideal for our stay.

I liked that there were some affordable food options on the main level in the "food court". Room was nice, parking was pretty good.

Alex at the desk to get your card for gambling was very rude and all I said was how are you. He said eh I said sorry what can we do to get you in a good mood. He was extremely rude and wasn’t going to give me my car because I tried to make in smile?? 😕. Rich helped us out but I could tell this wasn’t the first time Alex had been reported. Everyone else was amazing.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Casino had just the right amount of tables and the dealers were good. Parking was easy. Staff very helpful

10 out 10 for me, if I had to find something bad to say would be the gift shop needs grocery carts for the amount of stuff I wanted to buy!

The rooms are so dark. Yes, they dont want you in the rooms, they want you gambling and eating. Overall it was fine.

Within walking distance of downtown Nice restaurant on property Would definitely stay here again
