Great location, view, staff, pool. Had a great vacation, everything was wonderful except the bed.....way too firm. We had a difficult time sleeping; tossing and turning all night.

Great location. We did wish there were more food options in walking distance, but it did not detract from our stay. Gorgeous view of the ocean. We hope to return next year.

The location is excellent The rooms were well equipped and spacious The staff were friendly The view! When we first arrived we were given a ground floor room looking into the cliff There was no natural light and it was like being in a basement! The obstructed view means no view or natural daylight Thankfully the staff moved us up to 3rd floor ,no view but at least we had light !

The location of this hotel was EXCELLENT! Our balcony had amazing views of the ocean and the hotel itself is walking distance to some local bars and restaurants, the beach, and Doheny State Park. There were 2 pools and a hot tub with views of the ocean and also complimentary bike rentals (for 2 hours). There was a cute little gift shop and I believe there was also an arcade (but we didn’t check that out). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and EVERYTHING was immaculately clean. The lobby was spotless … the pool, the rooms, the elevators, the hallways, the laundry room, even the parking garage was pristine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and in fact, already booked our stay for next year as well!

The staff were very nice and helpful. After staying at other nearby properties, I can say this is the nicest option in the area all around.

Checked in late, after 11 pm. Signage in parking garage very unclear how to get to lobby. Ended up outside with another party checking in late. No one at front desk and we were locked out, outside. Finally someone answered phone to let us in.

My friend and I decided to take a little day trip, and our stay was amazing. From the entrance and front desk to housekeeping and the small market, every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and informative. The amenities were great, the property was beautiful, and the balcony views were incredible. Every corner was a delight. From the staff to the atmosphere and views, it was a wonderful stay!

Pool and jacuzzi Room floor was very dirty. Walked from bed to couch in next room and my feet were super dirty. Never seen this in a Hilton before. Paying $600 for two nights you expect the floor to be washed and fresh.

The pictures certainly oversell the place. I was a bit surprised what we got for how much we paid for the night. Then on top of it, the lock on our door didn't work so you could just push the door open. A staff member checked it out but seemed reluctant at first to get us into a different room. Finally got into a different room. After bringing up the situation with staff at the front desk in the morning there was no "oh so sorry to hear that", just "but everything else was ok?" just a disappointing experience for how much the rooms cost each night. Certainly won't go back and can't really recommend either.

I read too many reviews on all the websites and got confused … and then went with my gut to stay here and I’m so happy I did!! I’ll be back!

Our 4 night stay was just as we expected. Our room faced the street and we had a clear view of the ocean from our room inside and on the balcony. The staff were very professional and helpful along with the concierges. I would definitely come back again. The location was ideal for restaurants, beach and trolley to tour the area.
