Stayed there for Ohanafest and while the rate was high based on demand, it was great to just have a 20 minute no hills walk to the venue. Place was great, no issues, clean room that matched the photos, and we really enjoyed the bar and all the Steelers fans right next door for Sunday football. Staff was great at the hotel and I felt the value was good given the festival pricing. We reserved less than two weeks before Ohana so pricing was sky high for the options that remained and I felt this was a pretty good deal not having to deal with rideshare to get there and back. We will definitely look to this place and plan earlier next year!

It was OK, rooms were dated and needed repairs. The beds were hard and not very comfortable.

This hotel faces the ocean. The rooms are clean. Basic room and very basic furniture. I would say good for families with children. The hotel staff were nice and helpful.

Easy surf hotel by the beach

Great view of the ocean. When we were checking in the staff lady did ask if we wanted to change our room for a better view, larger room and larger bed because she said our original room booked bed was small for two people. Honestly did not want to spend more money for just one night but other then that the room was really nice. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The rooms and patio were huge, beds comfy and the view was great. Nothing

Upon arrival we were told was not ready. Went to wait by the pool. It had hanging cobwebs and dirty tables. Waited an hour and decide to do the “two minute walk to the beach”. NOT! The walk to the lights in either direction were too far away and one direction lead to two flights of stairs. My husband is a disabled veteran and we are an elderly couple. We went back to see how much the wait would be. We were told that they only had one housekeeper and that she was running behind and our room would not be ready until around 6:00 or 7:00 pm. At that point we left and found another hotel. Around 6:30 we received a call that the room was ready and told them that we would not be staying there and we would be disputing the charges. We never set foot in a room or checked in and we are disputing.

This place was the worst . They are not helpful . You pay for 2 days but if you’re a day late they won’t let you check in even though you’re still paid up for another day. They do nothing to help you so your stuck out of town with no where to stay and lucky if they will reimburse you for 1 night

Not much Charged $90 for an upgrade. The room was dated, stains on bedding, broken screen in 1 window, missing screen in another window. Outlets not working. Patio door wouldn’t lock. Room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm.

Would have liked a 2nd waffle maker etc... to many people had to wait as you could only pour it & make it 1 at a time. Front desk guy was great

He and his staff did everything that could be done to make us feel so wonderful and have such an amazing experience. Even his associate gave us a complimentary wine key even after I was a bit irritable at check in. This experience actually makes the whole trip amazing from our perspective as it was so simple but so perfect and we had the best time falling in love again at this property.

View and location Not clean. Dark Hair in sink upon check in. Im blonde. Dirty security bar on patio door. Cobwebs and dirty floor. Their maids are not cleaning place well. Also misleading af. King Suite is NOT the ocean view displayed.
-
The place was nice overall, but my experience was just okay. Unfortunately, there were quite a few ants and a lot of mosquitoes in my room, which made the stay uncomfortable. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but definitely something that could be improved.

Seemed pretty clean, except for a few hairs in the bathroom.

Very good

Perfect location directly across from the beach. Room that we initially were assigned was extremely small and stuffy. Staff listened to my concerns and offered to change our room. The fridges didn’t work in both rooms and spoiled fruit from previous stay was left. Otherwise everything was great. Not sure why parking isn’t factored into price. The best western next door doesn’t charge for parking. With all the construction on PCH management should take that into consideration.
-
Poorly maintained property, lots of deferred maintenance, Good location across from ocean.
-
The location was great! We got a beautiful view of the sunset and the beach from our balcony. Could use an update but other than that it was perfect for our 2 night stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a good location with ocean view. The staff were nice. The property is very run down and needs major renovation. The room was clean. Breakfast was below average. If you want to stay near the ocean for a reasonable price, this is a good place.

The ocean view was amazing. The only downside was having a few mosquitoes in the room. Which for some its fine, but for my bf and I who swell up like balloons it wasnt. The breakfast was as simple as breakfast can be. Fruit, yogurt, coffee, packaged pastries, and a waffle maker. For the price and location we’d definitely come back.
