The setting is very pleasant near the marina. It is very quiet and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were refreshing. The breakfast is good. The staff is helping.

Lo que me gustó el lugar muy céntrico para la playa la atención del recepcionista muy atento que no me gustó que la tina del baño al momento que se baña la ducha se tapa muy rápido la secadora de cabello no funcionaba entonces hay cosas que hay que tomarle atención si eso es lo que ofrece en un hospedaje poner cosas que funcione el resto muy buena la atención y el desayuno que incluye excelente

Great location for the Ohana festival. Clean, large room and very comfortable. Staff are great especially Sammy and Brian who went above and beyond to make it a great problem free stay. A little TLC needed generally across the property although everything worked as it should do.

Mold all over the room and bathroom. Pretty sure the window unit A/C was just blowing mold spores all over the place. Gross. If I could ask for a refund I definitely would. Certainly not worth what they charged.

Way over priced for what you get. Ownership seems to reinvest almost nothing into the property. Everything is old and worn down, carpet was old and tore up in the halls, baseboards nasty, paint job looks like an 8 year old did it, ants all over our bathroom, tub didn’t drain, no daily room cleaning, had to ask for new towels everyday and they often only had pool towels to offer. This place relies 100% on its location and ownership has little pride in appearance and upkeep of the property. Stay somewhere else if possible, trust me.

This place is very run down. Room had a bad odor. The water coming out of the bathroom sink smelled terrible. I know this place is being demolished soon but it was pretty bad. We paid a premium rate due to a music festival and I feel they should not have charged such a high rate for such a run down room.

It was disgusting evidently the buildings being torn down and the staff is so rude. They had no fresh towels for us. It was awful staying never recommended. I should get some money back. Very dirty place awful bed lumpy all the furniture super old no clean towels rude Serviz

Well, the hotel is fairly dog-eared and in need of some sprucing up. The mattresses were only fair, the bedding was horrible, it was looks like it had been used for 20 years. No one came to ask to clean the room. There were no towels unless we went and asked for them, and on the last two days there were none available for us, so we had to use pool towels. The hallways, the windows were all filthy. For Dana point, this was very disappointing. they also charged $15 a day for parking.

We've been coming to this hotel for 30+ years. Love the location and the ambiance..the hotel staff has always been wonderful.. I will be sad if the hotel is no longer going to be there if the new construction being done to the Marina wants it to be torn down. Hopefully, they will just renovate it Nothing about it was negative
