I got to the property hours after check-in due to transportation problems. When we got there, they went ahead and upgraded my room to a junior suite. It was lovely. We had a problem with our toilet and a maintenance worker was up there less than five minutes after we called to fix it. The location is close to everything, ass we were able to all and find nice restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night and we really enjoyed the city views from our room! Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

$40 dollar/night parking charge (that wasn't listed as an optional charge when making the reservation) is kinda crazy when you're paying a minimum of $150/night for the room alone before taxes and the extra bs fees that you can't get out of. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was attentive.

The hotel was beautiful , food was phenomenal and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The staff overall were absolutely fantastic! The two gentlemen at the baggage and luggage desk went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I make accommodations for a uber ride to the airport. The gentleman was even kind enough to walk us out to our car and load are bags into the car to assure we were good…. This just topped off our stay in Dallas at the Westin! Absolutely incredible and 5 stars all around for absolutely everything!

We did not get into the hotel till around 5:00 PM as the rooms were not available. Then the valet didn’t bring up the luggage, I had to go down to get it and waited to follow the luggage cart to our room. This all resulted in us missing the start of the GoOP convention, causing us to have nose bleed seats. When we left to go get in our truck, we got the keys from the valet and the seat was laid down flat in the driver side, tucked away at the end of the entrance under the portico. It was obvious that someone had slept in it overnight. Late access to room Late valet delivery of luggage Someone wa kept in our truck This was rooms 2532 and 2511

I think the garage was moldy, I think valet was pushy and I was never allowed a suitcase caddy. The elevators were embarrassingly confusing. The restaurant in the lobby had the most terrible steak I ever paid for, the mash was good. It was convenient with a pet having a park right across the street but the pet fees online weren’t the same in person. Management took care me. I like the heated indoor pool.
