the hotel is a classic beautiful building but it need attention no restaurant on premises or bar the second floor once had both now it’s a ghost town on that floor …. and they charge 48 dollars for parking ….. but overall needs some attention and a reboot

The restaurant they advertise has been closed for 2 years.We had no hot water, the room smelled.HorribleThere was someone's dirty clothes under our bed from the previous day.I understand it's an older hotel, but we've stayed older hotels before and never had this kind of experience for the money we paid.It should have been completely different , will not be returning

Bathroom faucet too much pressure. When you open the faucet it splashes on you! Then the tub drain took an hour to drain coz lotsa hairs. Maintenance has to come clean it. It’s such an old bldg. Elevators were slow.

Good location and price for the stay. Staff was pleasant. Valet is mandatory and $50 a day so that is not the best. Also all blinds except for 1 broken and we wanted a high room for a view. Due to this and the windows being so dirty you can see anything. High rooms are unnecessary here

All the staff or team, in particular Savanah, are amazing!!!!! They help us with an endevor and made our stay magnificent. The hotel is super well located and everything was incredible!!! Nothing really with the hotel but the neighbors are makins improvement and that makes the street a little caothic

Vibe was great. I enjoyed my stay and staff were friendly. I would stay again.

The a/c barely cooled, the outside street noise was loud, the bathroom needs major upgrades in water pressure, hot water temperature, and an overhaul on room furniture.

Perfect location, lovely housekeeping staff, 2 of 3 reception staff were fantastic and the third was fine (just not particularly helpful with knowledge of timing travel back to DFW)

Toilet would not flush. Repair man came in and got it to flush. But didn’t check to see if flushed a second time so as soon as he left the commode would not flush.
