Property is a great location for downtown. Only thing that kept me from an excellent rating are the pillows

the staff was unbelievably available and helpful. the only draw back was our AC kept getting warmer for no reason but otherwise I would absolutly stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was nice. The room didn’t stay cool at night, even with the ac set as low as possible, it was extremely warm in the room after sun down. Easy access to public transportation. The valet parking was ridiculously expensive. The outside area surrounding the building smelled horrible. I don’t know if it was just a one time smell, but it was gagging horrible. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and the bed very try comfortable! It wasn't that safe, there were people just walking into the lobby who were clearly not staying there. There was one instance where two men tried to get in the lift I felt quite unsafe they kept pressing all the buttons. I was worried I would be alone in the lift with them. Also the rooms have quite a large gap under the door to the corridor- I had to place a towel along the inside.

The first night I had problem with the in-room A/C which was noisy, but after I brought it up to the front desk, they had their maintenance dept to fix it, so everything was then ok. thanks for the quick response.
