Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel

The hotel is nice and well maintained but they do have a significant amount of hidden fees which is fairly off-putting.

We loved it! It was close to everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful!

Excellent service all around. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful! If I had to make one comment, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not bad enough for a low rating.

The hotel is amazingly unique used to be an old office building, and they kept a lot of the original character. We had a corner room with a king bed nice view, and the room was big. The bar/restaurant area was really good. Good selection of drinks and the food was very good. Valet parking was amazing. The only thing that I could say could've been better is offered more of a complementary breakfast.

I did not like the picture online didn't complete match where I was place. My view was horrible and the room did not have the garden tub

I liked the interior design, the respect of the building and how you kept the structure, and just the atmosphere was nice. I didn’t like the gym. It was very minimal but leaving apples and water was a nice touch.

I had a great experience! I would have preferred a microwave in the room

Coffe maker didn't work. One side of room lights didn't work. Had to park at a parking lot down the block.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were comfortable The fact that housekeeping came in and through away the food that we spent $100 on from kitchen and cocktails. The only thing offered was for breakfast at the hotel which can’t compare to where we ate.

Hotel front desk staff were great, rooms large but showing their age quite a bit. Ok for a short stay and convenient to what we were there for.

Too close to downtown deep Ellum and valet was a pain to leave my car with sometimes at night especially

My experience at the Renaissance Saint Elm was very pleasant and in my opinion great value for what it was. It is near so many things in Dallas, check-in and check-out was super easy and quick and the facilities themselves were quite impressive.
