The staff and property was very nice and clean.

Location, staff and facilities were fine. My first room smelled terrible. Like someone hadn’t showered in weeks slept in the bed before me. I switched to a new room and that room smelled musty and gross. The sheets felt moist and gross- given it was humid that night, but the AC only made the humidity worse and was pumping way too much despite being set to 80. It was an uncomfortable stay

The first problem is that they advertised parking and an airport shuttle. When we got there, they said that service was no longer offered. That was the main reason we chose there. The room had several maintenance issues and was not clean at all. Would definitely not recommend.

Superb

The ease to get to airport. The staff wa swonderful. And great breakfast More channels...My biggest thing is no channels for women or kids. Mainly sports or news. And pillows were flat only gave like two per person. I need more flat pillows or fluffy. We were by pool. So that was noisy and dog next door whining and yapping

Very poor

Overall, this was a pleasant hotel to stay at. The room was neat and clean when we arrived. The breakfast was decent, but I wouldn't call it "Excellent." There was a hotel guest that was clearly smoking pot in their room down the hall, and it made the entire third floor smell bad as well as the elevators. Guests were very loud on Saturday night and kept us awake, as well as the guests on the floor above us were running around at midnight. Some things are not very clean and kept up with, such as the breakfast area. The waffle maker was off to the side in a sort of side kitchen that hadn't been used in a while and it was very neat looking. The room was nice enough, but there is only one lamp in the room and a small light at the entrance of the room, other than that, there is no lighting in the room and it tends to be very dark.

Nice, Quiet and Clean.

The size of the room In my room 204 did not have hot water in the shower. Also, the microwave did not have a microwave plate and my fitted sheet was not clean I noticed a black spots on the side my last night. The TV remote also did not have a back and the batteries kept coming out and when I turned the TV on it would not go straight to the guide I had to wait for it to go automatically

The hospitality was great. Room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The door latch was broken but, the lock worked.Breakfast was good.

The location was close to all attractions we were going too. There was a homeless person living in the pool area she washed her hair and clothes in the pool while we were in the pool. We had to rush together We put when we saw what she was doing.

There were hairs in the bed and on the towels. Would not stay here again

breakfast was very basic eggs sausage cereal toast . wasn’t interested. my room had roaches in bath room . floors looked loose and patched in bathroom . very uncomfortable . room seems cleaned and neat tho the hotel hall had a funny odor. minus the roaches i had to fear

The people above me were loud and the TV remote did not work. The whole experience.
