I liked the private parking , & aesthetic. I didn’t like that majority of the furniture was rusted, the water was cold. Had to take cold showers, water didn’t even get lukewarm. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking on site, all though it only felt safe because in order to park you had to have a scanner code. And we were not the only ones. Had a group of people, water messed up and room smelled like cigarettes.

My mom booked my room for me...i didn't have my debit card..so I was having trouble checking in my mom tried to send her stuff the clerk was really nonchalant

No water and air conditioning was not properly working and manger was rude when I told them I can’t use the bathroom I was on 17th floor told it was going to take time before it reaches the floor I checked in at 4 and checked out 4:40pm

No ice machine on the floors

Check in was pure Chaos. No where to park for all trying to check in. Cars blocking parking lot entrance because their bar code was not working. Ended up backing into someone trying to maneuver around the lot to find a place to park while I checked in. Checking in was painfully slow. Room service unavailable, told they were too busy. No ice bucket, ice or vending on floor. Big miss on that one.

The front desk staff were really sweat and the rooms were nice and clean. There were homeless people all over the building just hovering around. It’s really hard to pull up to the front to check in before parking. The space is really tight.

Pool was dirty, no hot water in shower, AC was out in the entire building and then I was charged random amounts on my credit card that the front desk couldn’t explain.

Our floor had an old musky smell, the pool was dirty and small, the staff aside from one person was bothered to help us, the water in the bathtub was hot and not adjustable and the stopper wasn’t working so it didn’t hold water for a bath, the eggs at breakfast are fake eggs, but the breakfast staff were friendly. The A/C in the room doesn’t get cool, the room refresh just tucked our sheets in, they didn’t replace our used towels or coffee. The ice vending didn’t work, so they have large grocery bags full of ice, which at least there’s something but 3/4 of the ice had to go into the bathtub. There were more issues but if you just want somewhere to sleep, the beds are comfortable!

I had told the front desk clerk that I reserved a cot view room she gave me one that you had to stand in the corner to see so after 3 rooms I tried she finally got it other than that everything was fine

I didn't enjoy my stay I requested ajoining rooms because I was coming in from out of town to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. I was not given ajoining rooms and was told there was none available even tho I booked as such...my reservation should have showed such. Not only was my room extremely hot through the night, we had no cold water in the shower. It was only hot or very hot water which made showering kind of painful and difficult. I was also assaulted by another guest in the hotel. And brought it to management's attention, and they done nothing. I asked for security or police to be called. And they did nothing. We had to call the police to try to get the situation rectified, after 45min the police never came. So, no I was not satisfied with my stay at your hotel.

due to a conference was hard to access the lobby desk with so many people standing around, the sewer smell on the first floor was unbearable, our bathroom had not been cleaned and we had no towels, I have to contact the hotel 3 times before I got towels, housekeeping was so rude about it. We also paid $15 for parking and wasn’t aware of it prior! It’s not in the best area in town either.
