Candlewood Suites Market Center by IHG

The staff was extremely helpful

I had a clean room, I had the choice of what floor I wanted, the parking was easy, I enjoyed having a full refrigerator and microwave, and Gary was very helpful.

The interior was fine and clean. The place was infested with tiny bugs both in bed and on the walls and bathroom.

Phenomenal staff and clean rooms!!

The kitchen silverware included only 1 spoon. The staff was pleasant, and I imagine they would have provided more, but we left due to the cockroach. Re accessibility in the accessible room: bathroom was spacious. The bed was problematically high for a short person with limited mobility. The entrance was indeed “no step.”

Clean

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds Location is scary in a deteriorated neighborhood of section 8 housing, abandoned office buildings and heavy night traffic

Had some issues with room, but the management did resolve the issues.

The site makes the property look better than it is. There was mold in my room. Rust in the shower and also a ROACH in the kitchen on my last night. Disappointed in my stay. The elevator also smelled really bad.

Great spot

Great

Oh my goodness where do I begin. I travel by my self and I felt safe staying here at the Candlewood hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. The front desk manager whose name is Gary was so nice to help me bring my luggage down to catch the shuttle to the airport. Now where have ever stayed overnight and have someone do this great deed? I travel a lot and I have never once had this happen to me. I would stay here again. This is a five star hotel. Gary thank you again for all your help.

Staff was friendly. Location is nearby Love Field Airport. Place is clean and needs were comfortable The outdoor pool only had 2 lounge chairs for everyone to use. Definitely not enough lounge chairs. There are trees providing shade so you can't lay out to tan

The lighting in the parking lot, shower pressure extremely too high but other than that I nice place to stay for a decent price

that they admited their fault and fully refunded for the stay - i bare can call a stay, but I was walking dead the next day and my trip was darkened. i did not sleep the whole night till 4 am and woke up 6:45 - very low sleep score. Never book here. Stay away. This is on Interstate Highway. Can't sleep here. This is a catastrophe. I want my money totally refunded to me. I turned off your refrigerator and AC too; all units are from the late 80s, super noisy and ineffective. Hotel is on the interstate. Bicycle night racing. I wish I had never booked here and paid $50 more to the other hotel with the view on the Union Tower. Cool water - no warm or hot water at all. Shower is jail-level one - will hurt you with an aggressive stream. Small rooms. All smoke as a hell. Everyone is smoking outside the building. Low, dimmed, not bright lights - impossible to see or read anything. Only two chairs to sit in for the room of 6, as they say. No dinner table. Nightmare I want to forget right away. Lessons learned - a low price is a representation of the low quality you will get.

Staff was nice The place need and update it looks bad

Its nice to have a hotel shuttle pick up and drop off from hotel. Has a nice little convenient store thats inside the hotel available 24 hrs. The room was okay the towel rack was broken and the door handle was broken.
