When checking in the individual at the desk was short and abrupt and interrupted me when I tried to tell him who I was and that I was checking in. He actually scolded me and lectured me on what I should have told him. But he would not let me finish what I was going to say.

We had a very bad experience at check in time. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Rooms are not cleaned every day. We found a bug on the bed!!

The night front staff employee Xavier accused me of stealing a packet of aspirin and said I gave them to my friend. Then he tried to say my friends told him. I asked Xavier to play the camera back after he threatened to kick me out at 2am. After watching the cameras back of course I was not stealing. What Xavier seen me doing was handing my friend the room key. No apology. Then Xavier to give me waters for my room. I declined . I felt I was target and this occurred in from of other hotel guest

Tried to get a room away from highway- but was told the luxury room I had was not away from highway- it was a miserable nights stay- very nice attendant and people/ j Too loud and will never do this again!
