In the restroom there was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod from whoever was previously staying the room. The room had broken stuff in it from left to right. I would never book this place or any other Comfort Inn again. Not even for one night.

10/10. Very nice and quiet area with plenty of convenient parking. The associate that checked me in was nice. I asked for first floor since i’m a smoker and not only did he give me first floor, but it was also close to the exit door for easy in and out access which I loved. The hotel lobby itself was clean and smelled really nice but so was my room. It was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I love that they have cable plus internet tv options like netflix and youtube. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when and if needed.

The room is just like the picture but it was bugs crawling around and the tub was nasty. The stay was fine besides like the room had some tears on the wall and stuff

I had to move rooms because our first room was so dirty. Mirrors in room & restroom hadn’t been cleaned in i don’t know how long. The shower and toilet had A LOT of hair. The 2nd room was okay, the shower floor was black I ended up cleaning it myself.

I am requesting a FULL REFUND! The issue first arose when I checked into my room. It was very hot in the room which was extremely odd! I have never been to a hotel where it was uncomfortable from the start. Sunny tried to accommodate with another room which would have been a downgrade to a single bed instead of the two queens that was needed. He showed me two of these rooms which the AC was also off and both felt very hot and humid. I had to just deal with room 141 due to it being too late to get another hotel. I requested a refund on the spot and he said I had to contact you to do so the following morning through Shiv. Now that brings me to Shiv. I explained to him what had occurred the evening before and my need to get into contact with you. His first response to me was “well, why did you stay?” No apology, expressionless, and almost cold! Through our conversation… I had to stop and tell him to cut out the snarky and patronizing tone.

The staff was nice and helpful. I like the key code instead of a card to get in the room. My fiancé said she got bit in the bed and that she saw 2 roaches in different locations in the room

Maintenance seems to be a challenge. In the room i got with good A/C, they electrical outlets on the wall were in disrepair and had been disconnected in the panel below the counter with the wires hanging out of the wall. The floor lamp was broken off the base, leaning against the corner of the room and no light bulb. I only had a set of bathroom towels, one of which i am not sure had been laundered. All of that said, the bed was made and sheets appeared to be clean.

Location only Terrible staff. Rude and racist. Roaches. Blueberries on the floor from previous stay.

My room was clean! staff was nice, parking was easy. my bed was super cozy only downsides were the wifi not working and the pool being under maintenance
