Hotel was repainting hall on my floor and there was plastic tarping on carpet. Pool had tiles missing with broken pieces in pool. Water in pool dirty and only two lounge chairs by pool. Staff did not replenish coffee supplies in room during stay.

The facility was deceiving. The Lobby was nice clean updated but when I went to the elevator the carpet had gross stains on every floor. I changed rooms 3 times due to bad smells, carpet stains throughout the rooms. It wasn't clean at all. I checked out a day early but didn't receive my refund. Hopefully they will renovate the rooms. It was a waste of money for me. BUT the staff was very kind!

Location it had plenty places to eat. Whole Food, Trader Joe's, Walmart just minutes from the Location The facility was deceiving. If it’s two people in a room, you only need to purchase one meal ticket. When I went to the counter for breakfast, she said I can get two meals on one ticket.

The building needs maintenance; it looks old and run-down, the carpets smell bad , and it is evident that they aren't cleaned very often. They need to improve housekeeping planning; we arrived at four in the afternoon, and the room still wasn't ready, so we couldn’t have rest after sport tournament. When you pay for breakfast in advance, they don't tell you it's à la carte rather than a buffet; if you're in a hurry, you have to wait for the breakfast to be prepared, and by then, you don't have much time left. The ice machine wasn't working; we had to carry the coolers down to the first floor, and there was nothing to fill them with.

There was construction going on, on our floor. Plastic all over the floor due to it. Smell was strong. The pool was the worse part. It was green and dirty ,there was slime on the bottom of the pool also. It said they sold breakfast and the cafeteria was never open.

The location is great. Very easy to get to and travel. We booked in Addison for a concert in Arlington and traffic was easy to manage getting to and back from the event. The room and bathroom were clean and enough space for 4 of us. The pool looked green during our stay. We were looking for a stay with a pool and were disappointed it wasn't functional. We did not attend the breakfast option. Check in was a little busy, but they were very apologetic and I was understanding. I wish they had given me any information about the facility amenities when I checked in.

the area was close to where i needed to be lots of restaurants surrounded the water pressure was low and water didn’t get hot in the shower

Check in and check out were fine. The hallway carpets were badly stained. The elevator is extremely slow. On first glance I thought our room was ok, especially based on the inexpensive price. But once we woke in the morning and opened the blinds, we discovered cockroaches. It was so revolting. I quickly got ready and got out as fast as possible. I informed the front desk upon checkout about our discovery.
