DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria

Staff was nice, room clean Phone did not work, double room, two people one coffee cup one coffee packet, placement of coffee pot in bad spot no place to plug in. No place to handicap park. Multiple cars without proper tags parked in handicap spots, no bell man came out to help with bags, no valet.

It was a good place to stay the rooms are a little small but they were adequate for a business travel

We were happy to have restaurants & shopping just across the freeway. We are older and don't eat as much these days, so, a buffet wasn't an option at the price point we did find alternatives.

Pool was very dirty I got a staff infection

We were attending a football game at SMU, and this was a perfect hotel to stay at. SMU is only 10 minutes away, and the hotel was really clean, friendly, and has breakfast.

The staff was very nice and respectful. The hotel was very clean outside and inside. The room was very nice and the tv had welcome me in my room. The room was set up very nice.

Very clean room. Staff was really friendly

I chose this hotel because it was located by the Galleria Mall. I didn't even go over there btw. It's a clean and simple hotel. They should really get rid of the pool which looks like a large bathtub. A total waste of excitement on my part. The room was decent and you have to pay $12 for parking by the day. The $20 breakfast was nothing to be excited about. I don't know if it was just so cold in there that the food got cold right away or that the options were minimal but it was a waste of money. You can't even take food up to your room. On my last day I packed up and put everything in the car so that I could return to the room before noon and heat up my leftovers from the night prior. I'll have you know when I returned to the room at 11:40 housekeeping had already thrown away my leftovers which were $100 worth of food and when I brought my tears and complaint to the front desk I was just given a "Sorry" with no compensation. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean room. Wonderful customer service.
