Clean and convenient

Location Shutting to game would be better if you could drop off/pickup closer to the stadium. But love the fact that you do what you do.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. We'll stay again for sure!

Unfortunately, there were a few things that were disappointing. The shuttle service was convenient for getting to KEMBA Live!, but it only runs until 10:00 PM, meaning you’re on your own getting back to the hotel after an event. We assumed the shuttle would be a convenient option for the entire evening, especially given the hotel’s proximity to the venue. The other major disappointment was the food service. The website advertises a 24/7 menu, which was one of the reasons we felt comfortable booking this location since we knew we would be getting back late. However, make sure you eat before 11:00 PM, because after that your only nearby options are fast food. If we had known there wouldn’t actually be food available at the hotel late at night, we may have planned differently. Finally, on the morning of checkout, housekeeping entered our room without knocking while we were still inside. Checkout wasn’t until noon, and this happened approximately three hours before checkout time. We found this especially concerning and felt that our privacy should have been respected until checkout. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but these issues were disappointing and didn’t match the expectations we had based on

Wonderful stay

I liked the location, it was quiet but close to a lot of restaurants. The staff could keep a better eye on the breakfast area. Everyday, the tables were dirty and I had to clean one off for my use. Also, keep an eye on stock levels of utensils and plates.

The hotel was beautiful and the free breakfast superb, it was a little pricey, and they didn’t clean my room. My shower was clogged and the water drained slowly but Ii was able to shower so I didn’t report it to staff.

We were very impressed with everything. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We’re just very nice set up.
